Contact the UW SDRC to request access at least one to two weeks prior to anticipated use. When you go to LCM you will be met in the lobby of WIMR and taken to the VA hospital. Fill out the LCM usage log with the appropriate information. When finished, shut down the equipment, log out on the log sheet, close and lock the door of the LCM room, then make contact to confirm you are finished.
